Zatanna had had a rough night and was lacking sleep when she was called into duty and assigned to a team with Wonder Woman and Batwoman to stop Poison Ivy from turning Star City into a swamp.
The plan went awry early on when Zatanna fumbled the words to a spell and accidentally transformed herself, Wonder Woman, and Batwoman into frogs.
Hey, even the best can make mistakes sometimes.
