Champa was livid that his brother had helped him twice.
Despite being family, Champa had never wanted to be indebted to his brother Beerus, but he was. With Beerus saving his universe and reviving all the humans within it, he knew he had to do something to make them even again. So he headed to his universe’s planet Kamek and used his universe’s Dragon Balls and soon discovered they were more powerful than the ones in his brother’s universe, but not as powerful as the Super Dragon Balls.
He decided to wish back the Saiyans of his brother’s universe, but found it impossible with his Dragon's power. So he got lazy and used his wish to turn humanity of Beerus' universe into Saiyans and sent a message to Beerus to notify him that they were now even.
Meanwhile on Earth, humans were having another peaceful day, happily living their lives until they felt a sharp pain emanating from within as people’s hair started to darken and their bodies began to strengthen. Their teeth grew into sharp canines and tails violently emerged from their rears. Before any could fully realize the situation, many began doing some light infighting and destruction as their new senses drove them into a frenzy of rage.
