After Rogue and Jean Grey had added Storm to their new team (or better to say, herd) the three transformed and brainwashed females returned to the mansion, using their effectively modified powers to add one mutant after the other to their new master’s herd of cowgirls and bulls.
Under the same influence of whatever had been done to Jean and Rogue, the transformed made sure that none of those waking up and trying to flee succeeded and also destroyed all traces of what had happened, while others following an inner desire contacted their new masters on that tropical island.
At the end of the night, no mutant within the borders of the school area was left unchanged and some transport planes arrived to take them all to their new home and a few to another unknown destination.
When some of those X-men on missions or vacation returned the next day, they found the mansion deserted with no trace of their fellow team members or any of the students, teachers, or other mutants calling the Xavier School of Gifted Youngsters their home. All they found were greatly disturbed if not completely chaotic bed and living rooms and to their further shock all security devices either turned off or destroyed with no records of what had transpired the night before. While some stayed to inform those still away and to protect the mansion, some left to find any trace of their missing friends or to get help. Some suggested using Cerebro to do so, but with no strong enough telepath present and the Professor and Emma Frost being away on an interdimensional diplomatic trip, this incredibly powerful and very useful tool was out of the game, so to say.
Meanwhile, far away on a tropical island, some of the missing mutants found themselves faced with quite different yet simpler tasks and possible lives ahead of them.
Since Rogue and Jean Grey had visited the fake island resort, it had perfected its methods of manipulating the body and mind of its victims. This included the possibility to push the bovine aspects of the transformations further but also meant that any male showing even the slightest sign of resistance against what had been done to them (or simply showing too much dominance) found himself added to the now much greater number of docile and obedient mutant cowgirls, or even worse: taken to the newly-built farm where they were used as little more than producers of highly potent mutant cowmilk.
Two of those that experienced this first hand were Colossus, who showed after being transformed into a very dominant and wild sex driven bull man by the first trio, and Rogue, who had the misfortune that one of the scientists working for their seemingly-victorious enemies had found a new way of using her touch-based power. After being taken to the island's lab once more, her touch was no longer dangerous, but now her milk caused transformation in anybody ingesting enough of it.
Here we see her and Colossus inside their new home, the farm's barn. As you can see, the transformation into a member of the other sex did little to lower Colossa’s sex drive and her focus on the other (now her own) gender, but did quite a lot to her formerly muscular (now incredibly curvy) body and its ability to produce milk that gives anybody drinking it strength, endurance, and durability similar to the former X-men for a certain amount of time without the danger of joining the bovine side.
On the other side, after all that has been done to her body and mind, Rogue does not mind but welcomes the further stimulation and milking aid given by her former teammate (now herd sister), if not alpha cow, while the barn's machines milk her greatly swollen breasts and udder. Another aspect of this further transformation is that their minds have become much simpler and basic, which includes the inability to form much more than animal sounds. So, she can only moo in delight while Colossa grunts in similar delight.
There is little left of the former X-men they had been, physically and mentally, but in the back of their much simpler, lust-and instinct-driven minds something develops and stirs, trying to break free from the mental programming they have received.
